Tony and Josephine Lorello founded Action Door in 1959 to service the rapidly expanding garage door needs of Northeast Ohio. Incorporated in 1968, the company was sold in 2003 to a partnership consisting of CEO Michelle Mastantuono, President Michael Wittwer, and Vice-Presidents Dino Mastantuono and Craig Lorello. Action Door is a full-service door company specializing in sales, service, and installation of residential, commercial, and industrial doors and openers. Through our Brooklyn Heights, Stow, and Mentor branches we service Cuyahoga, Summit, Trumbull, Lake, Ashtabula, and Geauga Counties. Each branch features a showroom where customers can view displays of top quality products manufactured by Wayne-Dalton, Overhead Door Corporation, and Haas Doors. We have over seventy trucks on the road everyday to service and install garage doors, and over one hundred employees dedicated to providing our customers with the fastest response time of any company in Northeast Ohio.

In addition to the residential garage doors and openers supplied by Action Door, we also own several other divisions offering a wide variety of associated products. Our Action Specialties division offers toilet partitions, lockers, washroom accessories, specialty cabinets, and shelving. Our Liftmaster division supplies automotive and truck lifts, jacks, brake lathes, tire equipment, material handling, air compressors, and alignment jacks and computers.

We've installed doors and counter shutters at Gund Arena, and we handle the City of Cleveland's contract for Cleveland Hopkins Airport, all the fire stations and utility buildings in Cleveland, Burke Lakefront Airport, and all the bus stations for the Regional Transit Authority (RTA).
